Situation

PJS Plumbing & Heating was relying entirely on word-of-mouth. They had no Google Business Profile set up properly, a website that was slow and invisible in search, and no way for new customers to find them online. Good work was going unnoticed.

What we did

We audited their full online presence, rebuilt their website for speed and local search, fully optimized their Google Business Profile, and put a simple system in place to generate reviews from happy customers. We also set up monthly SEO reporting so they could see exactly what was moving.

Result

Within a few months, PJS started showing up in the Google map pack for local plumbing searches. Inbound enquiries picked up and the owner now gets calls from customers who found them on Google — without any paid ads.
